Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at {{ email }} within the 14-day period, stating your order number and the items you wish to return.

Conditions for return

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them, together with proof of purchase.

Exception for coffee and food products: for hygiene and health protection reasons, opened or unsealed bags of coffee cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective or does not match its description. Equipment and accessories (e.g. brewing gear) can be returned within the 14-day period if unused and in original packaging.

How to return an item

Email us at {{ email }} to start a return. We will confirm the return address (one of our two stores in Athens) and next steps. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at {{ email }} within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.
