Where we ship

We ship coffee and equipment orders across mainland and island Greece, and to a limited number of countries internationally. You can also choose free in-store pickup at either of our two Athens locations (Exarcheia or Pagrati).

Shipping methods and rates

Within Greece:

• Standard delivery (courier / locker pickup point) — €5.00, free on orders over €50
• Express delivery — €13.00

International orders: flat rate of €17.00.

Processing time

Orders are roasted, packed, and handed to the courier within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, standard delivery within Greece typically takes 1-3 business days for Athens, or 2-5 business days for other regions and islands. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 5-10 business days.

Customs and import duties (international orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country's customs authority on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
