Jorge Rojas cultivates coffee at La Roca Farm in Planadas where volcanic soils, elevations of 1,900 masl, and a cool mountain climate create ideal growing conditions. Committed to quality, Jorge personally oversees selective harvesting and meticulous processing, producing coffees that faithfully express their origin with remarkable clarity and elegance. 

This Natural Gesha undergoes a carefully controlled 45-hour aerobic fermentation before slow drying on raised parabolic beds to an optimal moisture content. The process enhances Gesha’s refined floral character, vibrant acidity, and layered notes of fruits.
